Robyn started Occupational
Solutions, LLC, in l996, and brings 20+ years of clinical
and industrial experience with injured workers and the injury
prevention process. Today, Occupational Solutions
is helping Clients achieve quantum leaps in worker safety through
the implementation of practical, cost-effective solutions to dramatically
reduce the risk of employee injury while also improving the Client’s
productivity, quality and bottom-line profitability.
Robyn’s range of skills and services, all built around
her direct, point-of-production involvement with Managers, Supervisors
and Employees, includes:
- Industrial and Office Ergonomic Assessments, using the latest
research and assessment tools.
- A wide-range of inter-active education and training programs,
including Back Injury Prevention.
- Implementation of employee-owned safety improvements
to existing processes and tasks.
- The evaluation of new products and processes in the design
and pre-production stage.
- The use of Behavior Based Safety Process to accelerate the
injury prevention process and drive continuous improvement.
- Employee Case Management with full participation in all phases
of return to work programs.
Robyn received her B.S. Occupational Therapy Degree in l985 from
Boston University’s Sargent College of Allied Health. She
achieved her Certified Hand Therapist accreditation in 1992 and
continues to expand her skill development through annual professional
conferences and continuing education programs.
